Monika Masciangelo, PHR

Over the last several years, she has built solid business relationships in multiple industries and has maintained over 100 partnerships with local professional associations and community organizations in Arizona, including serving as a volunteer for association committees and events.
Monika also served as the College Relations Director for the Arizona Society for Human Resource Management State Council from 2006-2010 and oversaw student involvement in professional SHRM activities. As a Past President of the ASU Student SHRM Chapter, she was able to influence students who were interested in career paths in human resources to become professionals in the field.
As a SHRM volunteer, Monika has successfully hosted student conferences and has contributed best practices in student activities nationally. She has also volunteered for the National SHRM Conferences, Arizona SHRM State Conferences and Arizona SHRM Employment and Legislative Conferences for the past several years. For her volunteer efforts on the Arizona Society for Human Resource Management State Council, her peers had nominated Monika for the most prestigious individual awards in the field of Arizona human resources, the 2007 Professional Excellence Award and the 2009 Judith Krebs, PHR Memorial Volunteer of the Year Award.
Prior to founding Vantage Management Solutions, Monika has been a professional in human resources with experience in recruiting, employee relations and training. She possesses exceptional leadership qualities to identify talent and motivate people. For more than seven years, she has been recognized for her ability to organize, design and streamline recruiting projects to attract and retain employees.
Monika’s professional background includes marketing, human resources and recruiting positions with Jobing.com, SmartHealth and Bernard Allison Management Services Inc.
Monika holds a BS Degree in Global Business and Leadership Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Arizona State University. She has received her Professional in Human Resources certification and is a proud professional member of the National Society for Human Resource Management since 2004.
